What does rippling with saline implants mean?

    I think maybe you mean rippling. That is when you can feel and sometimes even see ridges under the skin from the implant. I don't know why saline does this sometimes and silicone do not. Because there is no breast tissue left to "hide" the implant, this is one reason plastic surgeons like to use the silicone implants for reconstruction.
