Hi Brandi, I did have the Oncotype test DX done as well, and mine came back at an 8. So no chemo for me, just rads, and 5 years of tamoxifen. If you want to read up on it: google: TailorX study -- it is pretty interesting. Japan is ahead of us with Oncotype test testing, USA and Australia are about the same, Europe is getting with it. More and more ladies are not being treated with chemo, even up to 3 lymph nodes involvement. It is not that confusing, once you read up on it. I was hesitant at first too, but got a second opinion. You might want to that too, but make sure, you get an oncologist that is teaching, or wants to learn, I had one, that was set in his ways.... Gentle hugs to you :) Radiation girl

I haven't had that test yet, but my ki67 was 54% approx before my unilateral and 95% after that was confusing enough, but I have too many lymph nodes bad so no choice chemo for me.

I'm sorry to hear the words". no choice" & "lyphm node involvement". I've been seeing these words a lot & wish I could help every1!! :-( 1 thing I've definately learned from this sight is how STRONG ALL YOU WOMEN ARE!!! And they're re-testing my ki-67 score also so ill let ya know if it goes up or down. I had bilateral 10/30, hemorraging removal surgery next morning. So I'm just now healing from masectomy. I think I fell out of the chemo time frame.. I've still got so much to learn!!:-) hang n there :-)
